Frank has nearly 10 years of experience as a licensed Realtor and now Broker of Record for Chafra Realty. He works with a select group of clients to help them find or sell their property after first thoroughly assessing their needs and then developing a plan to help them achieve their objectives. Prior to obtaining his real estate license, Frank and his wife, Chantal, owned a local business with over 80 employees. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ottawa and a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California. Frank began his career in management consulting nearly 30 years ago, holding senior consulting and management positions with Mercer and Deloitte in Toronto, Montréal and Ottawa.

What Chafra’s investment clients really appreciate, however, is that Frank and his wife, Chantal, have been active real estate investors for over 20 years. They have done it all: long-term rentals, short-term rentals (AirBnB), commercial landlording, fix & flips, foreign real estate investing, etc. It’s this personal experience that makes the difference for their clients – in addition to their undisputed knowledge of the Ottawa real estate market!
